Curriculum vitae

Research fellow at the "ARCES" Research Center (Advanced Research Center on Electronic System) since April 2020. She carries out her research on the project concerning the development of simulation tools applied to the electrothermal behavior of ESD protection cells for high-voltage (> 20 V) applications. This analysis will be addressed mainly using numerical simulation with 2D or 3D domains in order to fully understand the cause of the breakdown or failure conditions of the most promising NPN devices. This will allow to develop a methodology based on TCAD and to understand and predict the physical behavior of the devices under different stress conditions. Previously she attended an Erasmus program at the ESIEE institute, Universitè de Paris est, from September 2018 to February 2019. During this period she had the opportunity to carry out various projects including the testing of optimization techniques for the implementation of a Sobel filter in the context of embedded systems and image processing, MEMS design of a forked gyroscope with the use of Ansys and analysis of the protocol of the TCP-IP connection on the local server using the Wireshark system tool. In March 2019 she attended the Infineon Technologies Winter School entitled "Chip Fab of the future: be part of it!" at the company's headquarters in Villach (Austria). Finally, she did an internship experience at the Texas Instruments headquarters in Dallas (TX) for her master's thesis project. She holds an IELTS C1 certification and cultivates her soft skills by being an active member of the AGESCI (Association of Italian Catholic Guides and Scouts) within which she makes herself available as a volunteer with children and teenagers and as an aid to Civil Protection.
