Laura Bartoli is the author of a book on the suspension of the trial with probation.
She has been specializing in the study of diversionary measures (as in: alternatives to criminal justice) and of the effects of digitalization on the law of (criminal) evidence.
She is currently working on the institutional response – in terms of criminal and/or administrative investigations – to cyberattacks to critical infrastructure.
