Research fellow at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Ph.D. candidate in Private Law, Comparative Private Law and Commercial Law at the University of Trento (Doctorate in Comparative and European Legal Studies, Cycle XXXVII), Commercial Law Tutor at the University of Bologna.

I carry out my research in the field of company law, with particular attention to mergers and divisions and EU corporate law. I gained practical experience by working at the law firm Prof. Avv. Gianluca Guerrieri and passed the bar exam in september 2023. I currently edit the "Societario" and "Crisi" sections of Diritto Bancario (online).
