Luca Ragazzi, a third-year PhD student, joined the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Bologna in 2020. Having earned both a bachelor's and master's degree (with honors) from the same faculty, he specializes in the field of natural language processing, with a focus on text summarization and generation in low-resource regimes. Luca has presented numerous original papers at esteemed international conferences and journals such as AAAI, ACL, and Neurocomputing. He also contributed as a session chair for AAAI 2023. Currently, his research is centered on computational fact-checking and low-resource text summarization, utilizing cutting-edge large language models. His aim is to advance artificial intelligence applications, particularly in high social-impact domains such as law and biomedicine.
