Jovana Malinaric

Jovana Malinaric is a performing arts dramaturg and PhD Researcher in Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Bologna in collaboration with the University of Utrecht. Her research presents innovative approach on a contemporary dramaturgy as a practical knowledge investigating its creative processes and relationship with the audience. In 2021 she works as a dramaturg for the project Mediatori del reale - dramaturg tra teatro e città, produced by Emilia Romagna Teatro Fondazione and winner of the SIAE PerChiCrea 2018 call for proposals. In July 2021 she is selected to take part in the dramaturgy workshop with international master Martin Crimp at Biennale Collage - Venice.  In 2019/20 she attends the International Dramaturg advanced training course at the Iolanda Gazzerro theatre school in Modena. In May 2020 she won the call for young artists of the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro with the Italian-Montenegrin project Connecting theatre of which she is the creator and dramaturg.
