Researcher at the University of Bologna since May 2023, he conducts his research in the field of reproductive physiology of domestic species, mainly equids. His research activity focuses on sperm capacitation and in vitro fertilisation. Other research is carried out on the metabolism, oxidoreductive state and physiology of gametes, as well as their preservation.
