Overview

My research interests focus on understanding organisational and social psychological processes that affect, primarily, organisations and communities in Europe, Latin America and Africa. For this purpose, I employ ethnographic and audio-visual methodologies. I take a critical philosophical approach to conduct this research, challenging the status quo on how people should manage organisations. From this research work, I have designed exciting modules on leadership, creativity, social innovation and change that stimulate students to develop alternative, more ethical and sustainable ways of organising.

Outside academia, I enjoy travelling, surfing, opera, walking, reading and many other outdoor activities.
