Jocelyne Elias

Jocelyne Elias is an Associate Professor since September 2023 at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (DISI) of the University of Bologna. Previously, she served as a Senior Assistant Professor (Ricercatore a tempo determinato di tipo B) at DISI from November 2019, and as an Associate Professor (Maître de Conférences with HDR accreditation) at the Laboratoire d'Informatique Paris Descartes (LIPADE), the computer science laboratory of Université Paris Descartes, from September 2010. She held a visiting professor position with the INRIA DYOGENE team from September 2015 to August 2017, and worked as a Senior Research Engineer at the Mathematical and Algorithmic Sciences Lab, France Research Center, Huawei Technologies, from November 2018 to August 2019. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC), Paris, in July 2006, her Master’s degree from UTT Troyes in 2003, and her Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Lebanese University in Tripoli in 2002.
