Education
Graduated in Law in 1999 at the University of Pavia.
Academic career
Adjunct professor in internationalization processes at the University of the Republic of San Marino (2018-2019) and at the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari (2013-2016), where he also held the position of professor in the GES Master (Gulf Enterprises Studies) and coordinator in the IGAMI Master in internationalization processes, with a particular focus on India and Gulf Countries. In 2018 he was appointed as scientific coordinator of the Master in Transport law at Altalex Formazione and held various seminaries at the University of Bologna in the “Tourism Economics and Management” degree course (2021).
Teaching activity
He is currently teaching “Organization and Leadership” in the Financial and Business Management Curriculum of the Degree course in Business Economics for the Business Department.
Scientific Activity
He has written and taken part to the drafting of various publications, among which the book “Brasile: diritto di impresa e investimenti esteri” (Brazil: business law and foreign direct investments) published by IPSOA. He has written various articles regarding corporate law and corporate governance.
Other activities
Jacopo Gasperi is co-founder and founding partner of EPTALEX – Garzia Gasperi Iannaccone & Partners, an international law and tax firm, with offices in Italy, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. His main focus in the Firm, since its creation, is corporate structure. He collaborates with the Indian law firm Titus & Co. located in New Delhi.
His main practices are internationalization processes, corporate law and corporate governence.
