I hold a PhD in Literary and Philological Cultures (Linguistics track) from the Department of Classical Philology and Italian Studies at the University of Bologna.
My dissertation, Competition in evaluation: An empirical study of rivalry in Italian intensifying prefixation, employs quantitative and computational methods to analyze affixal rivalry in evaluative morphological constructions in Italian.
Currently, my research interests mainly concern derivational morphology and semantics, with a particular focus on form–meaning mappings.
