Conference "Global Civic Education - Transforming Global Citizenship Education into Practice through Civic Education" on January 8 and 9, 2026
The conference represents the final event of the PRIN 2022 "Global Civic Education" project, which sees the University of Bologna as the lead partner (scientific director: Prof. Massimiliano Tarozzi), together with the University of Foggia (scientific director: Prof. Isabella Loiodice), and the University of Roma Tre (scientific director: Prof. Marco Catarci). The event is also organized as part of the activities of the UNESCO Chair in Global Citizenship Education at the University of Bologna, directed by Prof. Massimiliano Tarozzi. The program includes keynote lectures, round tables, and thematic panels with the participation of leading scholars, as well as teachers and representatives from the school system. It will be an important opportunity to explore and discuss innovative practices and perspectives in the field of Global Citizenship Education.
