Currently, I am working as a Nutritionist Biologist - Research Fellow at Policlinico di Sant'Orsola, U.O.C. Endocrinology, Prevention and Diabetes Care. Endocrinology Area (April 2022 - present). I am conducting research entitled "Study of Metabolism in Adrenal Diseases" within the framework of the project "The impact of glucocorticoid circadian rhythm disruption on cardiovascular risk and immune dysfunction: pathophysiology and novel biomarkers of glucocorticoid exposure in hypercortisolism and hypocortisolism" (PRIN 2017 grant). Concomitant outpatient activity aimed at assessing the nutritional status, energy and nutritional needs of patients under the care of the Endocrinology U.O.C., together with the determination of the optimal diet for an improvement in health and wellbeing.

2021-2022 Authorization to practice the profession of Biologist; II State Examination Session, November 2021. Acquisition of the competences provided for by D.P.R. n. 328/2001.
2019-2021 Master's Degree in Health Biology - Nutritional Curriculum, Degree Class LM 6, at University of Bologna - UNIBO (October 14, 2021). Rating: 110/110 cum Laude. Thesis title: "Perception of salty taste in patients with cortico-adrenal insufficiency: detection and recognition thresholds of salt and correlation with hematochemical, urinary and nutritional parameters: case-control study".
2016-2019 Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences at Sapienza University of Rome (September 2016-July 2019). Rating: 110/110 cum Laude. Thesis title: "Endocrine disruptors and infertility: biological effects on the male reproductive system".
