Hakan Genc

Hakan Genç is a microeconomist and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Bologna. His primary research interests lie in industrial organization, contest theory, behavioral economics, and information economics. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Bologna under the supervision of Prof. Vincenzo Denicolò. He completed his undergraduate education in Mathematics with a minor degree in Economics at Middle East Technical University (METU) and he earned his Master’s Degree in Economics at METU. He also worked as a research and teaching assistant and assisted in several courses ranging from introductory courses to more advanced graduate courses.
