As an expert in Food Safety, I have engaged in diverse aspects of the field, with a particular focus on animal-origin food inspection. I am currently a PhD candidate in Animal Production and Food Safety at the University of Bologna, within the Department of Veterinary Sciences. I represent Azerbaijan in the Italy–Azerbaijan Doctoral Program, part of the Italy–Azerbaijan University initiative led by ADA University. My studies (2023–2026) are supported by the State Program on “Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan (2019–2023)”, which funds advanced doctoral training abroad. Looking ahead, I aim to contribute as a faculty member and expert at the School of Food Safety and Agriculture of the Italy–Azerbaijan University, where I will bring international experience and research expertise to strengthen education, research, and practice in food safety and animal-origin food inspection.
