Professional career: Founder of Algebra Srl, a leading company in the development of decision support systems for E-Governance based on Machine Learning, Data Intelligence, Big data. The innovative methodologies and tools developed by Algebra have been adopted by public and private institutions. He is President since 2016 of Italian Section of International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA; www.iaia.org), the worldwide IA network of scientists, professionals and Institutions. He directed the 35th IAIA15 World Conference "Impact Assessment in the Digital Era", sponsored by the Presidency of the Italian Council of Ministers
Teaching and Training activities
Since the Academic Year 2002 he has been continuously training and teaching for public (NOE, Corpo Forestale dello Stato, ARPA) and private sectors in Italy, UK, Ireland, Portugal, Greece.
