Giulio Bricoli is a PhD candidate in Political and Social Sciences at the University of Bologna. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (2022) in Political, Social and International Sciences and a Master’s Degree (2024) in Politics, Administration and Organization from the University of Bologna, with theses examining party structures and the role of middle-level elites in Italian parties. His doctoral research focuses on youth party organizations, investigating how they foster political engagement and mediate the relationship between young members and parent parties.
Before starting his PhD, he contributed to research projects on party digitalization, youth political participation, and gender stereotypes, combining qualitative methods with quantitative data analysis.
