November 2023-ongoing: research grant at the Department of Educational Sciences of the University of Bologna, within the project of work-related stress evaluation of the University staff
Teaching activities
Since 2020 he has been a contract lecturer at the University of Milan-Bicocca for the workshop "The psychological professions" turn b and c, aimed at three-year degree course students in psychological sciences and techniques (16 hours, 2 CFU)

I have participated in several national and international scientific conferences; I am an ad hoc reviewer for several scientific journals in the field of psychology.Institutional activities and academic appointmentsI am a member of the Executive Committee of the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP), section psychology for organisations.
Membership in scientific and editorial committees
Since May 2023 I have been a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Frontiers in Psychology. I have served as guest editor for the journal Behavioural Science (MDPI) and as topic coordinator for the journal Frontiers in Digital Health.
Prizes and awards
In 2022 I won the "Best Doctoral Dissertation" award from AIP-Section Psychology for Organisations
Other activities
I have carried out various consulting and training activities, particularly on the topics of work-related stress, well-being and the relationship with new technologies.
