Development of innovative organic and hybrid (perovskite) thin-film devices for ionizing radiation detection. The research spans from material fabrication to advanced electrical, optical, and irradiation-based characterization (X-rays, protons, neutrons), with the goal of understanding the physical mechanisms governing the material response to radiation.. Applications include wearable dosimetry. Devices under study range from photodetectors to organic thin film transistors (OTFTs)
