In November 2018, she began her PhD in Veterinary Sciences in the scientific-disciplinary sector VET/10 (Obstetric and Gynecological Veterinary Clinic), with Professor Daniele Zambelli as her tutor, and completed the program in March 2022, earning the title of PhD by presenting her final dissertation titled: "Relationship between Macro and Microscopic Aspects of the Placenta and Certain Parameters Useful for Identifying Critical Neonates at Birth." From 2015 to 2022, she served as a teaching tutor for the Animal Reproduction internship within the Veterinary Medicine degree program at the University of Bologna. In January 2017, she began the residency program at the European College of Animal Reproduction (ECAR) under the supervision of her tutor, Professor Daniele Zambelli, which she completed in December 2020. From December 2021 to November 2022, she held a Research Fellowship at the University of Bologna within the project titled "Hemospermia in Dogs and Cryopreservation: Effect of Semen Processing with Colloid Centrifugation," under the supervision of Professor Barbara Merlo. Since January 23, 2023, she has held the position of Junior Fixed-term Researcher (RTD-a), with a research project titled "Integrated and Sustainable Management for the Improvement of Reproductive Efficiency in Ruminants," as part of the AGRI Project “National Research Centre for Agricultural Technologies,” under the supervision of Professor Gaetano Mari.
