Researcher at the University of Bologna since 2011, she carries out her research in the field of clinical biochemistry. The research interests are directed in particular to the study of pathological biomarkers and to the environmental monitoring of heavy metal pollution. Currently she focuses her research on the study of urinary proteome in animals of veterinary interest.
Engaged in national and international research projects, she has published numerous papers in ranked international journals.
