Giovanni Facci is a professor of Private Law at the University of Bologna (Italy).
He is the author of over 150 scientific publications, including 6 monographs.
Many of my publications are dedicated to sports law.
In addition to sports law, his topics of professional and academic interest are corporate contract law, civil liability, insurance law, corporate law.
He is a member of the editorial board of numerous legal journals.
He is often a speaker at conferences and seminars, of national and international importance, at the University of Bologna and also of other Universities, on topics mainly dedicated to contracts, civil liability and sports law.
He is a judging member of the UEFA Appeals Chamber of the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB).
He is a member - as a university professor expert in the field of healthcare third-party liability - of the current technical-scientific board at the Emilia Romagna Region, for The management of claims and the prevention of clinical risk and litigation in the field of healthcare third-party liability within the framework of the Regional Programme for the direct management of claims, envisaged by resolution no. 1583 of the Emilia Romagna Regional Council of 11 October 2021.
He was a member - as legal expert - of the Ethics Committee of the Health Authorities of the Northern Emilia Vast Area (Modena, Parma, Piacenza and Reggio Emilia).
