My interests have developed for over 20 years along different but intertwined lines, seeing me, on the one hand, engaged in the role of University Lecturer in Economics and Business Management / Innovation Management (University of Urbino, Politecnico di Milano and Turin), on the other hand involved in the roles of President / Chief Executive Officer / Consultant on projects of various nature and complexity. In fact, over time I have worked as a consultant for national and international bodies. The specific areas of intervention involve 1) Business start-up, with managerial support for the creation of new technology-based companies by studying and analyzing managerial models/methodologies for their start-up and development. 2) Innovation management, in terms of managerial support to the start-up of new "technology based" companies, creation and management of innovation management teams, economic-financial assessment of investments and risk analysis, performance management, 3) Neuroscience and technologies for personal and organizational wellbeing. design-driven innovation processes.
