Dr. Gianpiero Tebano is a Tenure Track Researcher (L. 79/2022) at the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, Department of Medical and Surgical Sciences, Scientific Disciplinary Sector MED17 - Infectious Diseases.
His research work focuses primarily on diagnostics and treatment of infectious diseases, treatment of multidrug-resistant bacteria and antimicrobial stewardship.
He currently works in the Infectious Diseases Unit of the Forlì and Cesena Hospitals, where he primarily provides Infectious Diseases consultations for hospitalised patients and manages outpatients with complicated infections, such as complex osteoarticular infections.
