After graduating at the University of Bologna he has obtained his PhD in 2019 in co-tutelle between the Fondazione San Carlo in Modena and the Central European University in Budapest. For two years he has held a post-doc position at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and for one year he has received a scholarship from the Fondazione Michele Pellegrino in Turin. He currently works as freelance archivist.
His research interests span in the field of religious, cultural and intellectual history of the Fifteenth and Sixteenth century.
