Qualified as Associate Professor in Comparative Law (Academic Field 12/E2), he serves as a teaching tutor in Public Law Institutions and Law of Equal Opportunities at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Bologna.
He is currently a research fellow in Comparative Public Law at the University of Padua. He holds a PhD in Legal Sciences from the University of Siena (36th cycle).
He is the author of the monograph “Nature as a Subject of Rights: Lessons from the Global South?” (Editoriale Scientifica, 2025).
His main research interests include, from a comparative perspective, the rule of law, constitutional adjudication, new-generation rights, and the impact of emerging technologies on law.
He is admitted to the Italian Bar before the Court of Appeal of Bologna.
