Gery Andrés Díaz Rubio is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Statistics at the National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN), Ferrara Division, where he works on statistical methodology for cosmological applications. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna, teaching Analisi delle Serie Storiche per la Finanza e le Assicurazioni, and a Lecturing Assistant for Statistical Methods for Genomics. At the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, he is a Lecturing Assistant for Econometrics for Economics and has previously served as Adjunct Professor in econometrics. He holds a PhD in Statistical Sciences from the University of Bologna. His research focuses on statistical model selection, time series, model misspecification, covariance modelling, and applications in economics, finance, and cosmology.
