Associate professor at Alma Mater since 2023, his research focuses on the statistical physics of disordered systems, with a particular emphasis on its applications to the study of optimization problems and graph inference, as well as machine learning. Prior to his current appointment, he conducted research activities as postdoc at the Centro Brasileiro de Pesquisas Físicas in Rio de Janeiro, Sapienza University of Rome, École Normale Supérieure de Paris, and École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne. From 2021 to 2023, he served as a Lecturer in disordered systems at King's College London.
