Email recommendations Considering the high number of e-mail messages sent to the teacher every day, it was deemed appropriate to draw attention to some rules on IT communications, which students are requested to comply with. 1) the teacher receives several dozen messages a day. It is therefore reasonable not to expect a response in real time and to wait patiently for some time before forwarding a reminder; 2) during holiday periods, public holidays and more generally when university offices are officially closed, a quick response is not guaranteed, even in the case of urgent e-mails; 3) please do not send messages to request information that is easily available online (course programs, office hours, class timetables, etc.), nor to request confirmation of regularly published notices or information; 4) always specify in the subject of the message the nature of the request (for example: degree thesis, internship request, thesis/internship abroad request, information on the research doctorate, Electric Actuators exam, Actuators Laboratory exam, Electric Motor Design exam, request bibliographic advice, etc...); 5) Please send a mail as concise as possible. Likewise, it is good to expect a short and concise answer: the best way for the teacher to help you is to answer everyone quickly. 7) it is a good rule to conclude the message by signing with your name and surname. The teacher will not reply to anonymous messages.
