PhD Candidate in Global Histories, Politics and Cultures (XXXVII cycle ) at the Department of History and Cultures (Disci). Content manager on REAL Lab (Research, Education, Anthropology and Learning) website, a platform that brings together the Department's Third Mission initiatives.
His research interests involve the study of food recovery networks with a distinct focus on the interrelationship between narrative dimensions and the construction of communities of practice. He is also deepening the theoretical contribution of anthropology to the critical studies on circular economy.
A firm believer in the applicative potential of anthropology, he currently investigates the operational and symbolic dimensions of Recupero Solidale, a volunteer food redistribution network in Tuscany, Central Italy.
Research interests: Circular economy, evaluation anthropology, environmental humanities, economic anthropology, anthropology of learning, applied anthropology.
