My profile integrates perspectives on the archaeologies of the contemporary past and the history and practice of indigenous rights within the context of critical public archaeology. Following the completion of my BA in Heritage Studies with a specialization in pre-protohistoric archaeology, I engaged with theoretical, postcolonial, and multicultural aspects of the discipline while incorporating human rights-based heritage approaches. I pursued postgraduate studies in Spain, Italy, and the UK, and secured awards and funding for research activities and collaborations across Europe and Latin America. The outcomes of my research are published and upcoming peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals, book chapters, and participation in international conferences and meetings. Employing a multi-sited, cross-disciplinary, and ethically embedded methodology, my work has expanded research networks in critical heritage studies and decolonial engagements, fostering collaborative synergies with local communities and institutions.
