Francesco Girotti

Francesco Girotti is the head of the European Projects Unit at the International Relations Division of the University of Bologna. Graduated in International Politics (2000) and in European Studies (2014) with a thesis on European Higher Education Policies, he has been working in the management of EU programmes of Education for 16 years. Within the International Relations Division he works in the promotion and implementation of the internationalisation policy of the University, supporting the development of EU projects and providing technical assistance in the management of EU projects.

He has been the creator and project coordinator of the JOIMAN Network and he has covered management roles in more than 50 European Projects since 2001.
