Currently a Master's student in Artificial Intelligence at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, a student in the excellence program for Computer Science at the Orthogonal School (ELICSIR Foundation), and a Teaching Assistant for the Fondamenti di Informatica T course in Management Engineering.
Education He earned his Scientific High School Diploma (Applied Sciences track) from Liceo Augusto Righi in Bologna with a final mark of 100/100. Subsequently, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering cum laude from the University of Bologna with a GPA of 29.20/30. He is currently attending the Master's program in Artificial Intelligence at the same university and the excellence program at the Orthogonal School.
Teaching Activity He currently serves as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Bologna, overseeing the laboratory sessions of the Fondamenti di Informatica T course for the Management Engineering degree program.
Research Activity and Projects He is actively involved in academic research projects. Among his ongoing work, he conducts research on Approximate K-Nearest Neighbors. Additionally, he is working on the Home Healthcare Routing and Scheduling Problem, leveraging approaches based on Mixed Integer Linear Programming and heuristics. Previously, he developed artificial intelligence agents for board games, including an engine for the game Hive using MCTS with Graph Neural Networks, and an agent for the game Tablut based on Minimax heuristics.
Publications and Talks He delivered a talk and curated an article titled "The SAT History: from Aristotle to SAT Solvers".
Honors and Awards He is a recipient of the Orthogonal School Scholarship, awarded to the top 20 Computer Science Master's students in Italy by the ELICSIR Foundation.
Other Activities He participated in the Cyber Challenge.IT cybersecurity training program organized by the Cybersecurity National Lab.
