Artificiale Intelligence: analysis of the legal implication that A.I.’s development will raise at a systematic level with specific regard, on one hand, to the status to be recognized to the so-called robot-agents and, on the other hand, to the legal criteria for civil liability to be applied in case of damage to property and people caused by action or omission undertaken by the intelligent machines.
