Fixed-term Lecturer at the University of Bologna, she holds a PhD in Civil Law and Constitutional Legality from the University of Camerino and has obtained the Italian National Scientific Qualification (ASN) for the position of Associate Professor in Private Law (Academic Recruitment Field 12/A1, Scientific Disciplinary Group GIUR-01/A). Her research focuses on civil law and emerging technologies. Her main research interests include artificial intelligence, civil liability in healthcare, personal data protection, consumer protection, and contractual relationships in digital platforms.
Education
She graduated summa cum laude in Law from the University of Macerata in 2019.
In 2024, she obtained her PhD in Civil Law and Constitutional Legality from the University of Camerino with a dissertation entitled Robotics and Artificial Intelligence: Civil Liability Issues in the Healthcare Sector.
The results of her doctoral research were published in the monograph Health Protection, Artificial Intelligence and Risk Management (Edizioni Scientifiche Italiane, 2025), in the series Quaderni della Rivista Tecnologie e Diritto.
She is currently enrolled in the Postgraduate School of Civil Law at the University of Camerino.
Academic Career
From 2024 to 2025, she was a Research Fellow in Private Law at the University of Siena within the framework of the PRIN project CoPE – Consumer Protection Effectiveness.
During the 2025–2026 academic year, she was a Research Fellow in Private Law at the Scuola Superiore Meridionale in Naples, where she worked on the Performing research project.
She obtained the Italian National Scientific Qualification (ASN) for the position of Associate Professor in Private Law (Academic Recruitment Field 12/A1 – Private Law, Scientific Disciplinary Group GIUR-01/A, formerly IUS/01) with the unanimous evaluation of the national committee.
Teaching Activities
Since the 2026–2027 academic year, she has been a Fixed-term Lecturer at the University of Bologna:
- At the Department of Sciences for Quality of Life, she teaches Private Sports Law and Sports Business Management.
- At the Department of Economics, she teaches Private and Digital Law.
Research Activities
Her research focuses on the relationship between private law, technological innovation and the protection of fundamental rights, with particular attention to the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare, civil liability, risk management and personal data protection.
Further research interests include consumer and tourism law, tourism contracts, and contractual relationships within digital platforms.
She is an Associate Member of the Italian Society of Civil Law Scholars (SISDiC).
Professional Activities
Since 2023, she has been admitted to the Italian Bar and is a member of the Macerata Bar Association.
