Francesca Ferretti

Junior assistant professor since February 2023. My research is focused, both from the experimental and the numerical point of view, on the seismic vulnerability of existing masonry constructions and on the use of innovative materials for the structural strengthening. Thanks to national and international projects, I am also involved in the work on the following topics: seismic risk at the territorial scale, multi-risk approaches for disaster risk reduction, sustainable concretes, BIM, use of pultruded rebars as reinforcements for reinforced concrete structural elements.
