Graduated in Philosophy from the University of Bologna – with a thesis on the philosophical aspects, between structuralism and phenomenology, of Pierre Bourdieu's sociological thought – after becoming qualified in 2002 at the SSIS (and after starting work in the communication sector, editorial and writing activities that he carried out for fourteen years, ten of which were parallel to teaching activities) since 2006 he has been a teacher of Philosophy and History (and for several years also of special education) in the high schools of the province of Modena, from 2016 at the Morandi High School in Finale Emilia.
Currently on leave, he is interested in the philosophy of history and, above all, political philosophy, within which his research focuses on identifying the philosophical peculiarities of liberal socialism.
He has also taught Italian to foreigners (2002-2006) and writes poetry, with a book published in 2015.
