Work Experience

Graduated in Law at Bologna University, then started my career as a Business Intelligence specialist; after a short experience as a Corporate Professional within a Bank and a brief but dense ride as Export Area Manager within a small company, my MBA allowed me to join a multinational context operating in the Healthcare business, where I acquired almost 10 years of qualified experience in Sales & Marketing function. Increasing complexity, contexts diversity and rising challenges shaped my managerial skills' development along with higher responsibilities and international exposure. Training delivery and participation to international task-forces on key corporate initiatives/projects were constantly present in my professional background, as well as Product and Project Management.

Coaching Experience

My coaching training courses refer to Giovanna D'Alessio LifeCoachLab Campus and Professional Coaching Mastery Course: I had the chance to start immediately with a coaching project involving young executives attending a EMBA Program together with a few private clients; then my experience was then enriched thanks to opportunity for working with more experienced Executives exposed to international contexts and, in parallel, with university students attending my team coaching laboratory in Bologna – Faculty of Economics.
