After receiving my PhD in Physics at the University of Bologna in 2018, I worked as a research associate at the University of Glasgow until 2023, spending the last 3 years at CERN in Geneva.
During my PhD I was awarded with several fellowships, the first to work at the University of Göttingen and the second to work at CERN.
In 2023 I won a Marie Curie Individual Fellowship on 'Exploring Quantum observables at LHC' and jointly won an RTDb position with which I returned to the University of Bologna. In 2024, I was awarded the L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Prize. I am associate professor from 2026.
I have been part of the ATLAS collaboration since 2013 and my main interest has been studying quark-top properties and its modelling.
I am currently involved in analysing the collected data by the experiment in order to measure quantities inspired by quantum information theory (e.g. entanglement). On the same subject, I am also conducting several phenomenological studies in conjunction with the theoretical physics group at the University of Bologna.
