Farhad Zeighami

Farhad Zeighami is a Junior Assistant Professor at the Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering (DICAM), University of Bologna. He received his BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Arak University (2011), MSc in International Civil Engineering course (curriculum in Structural Engineering) from the University of Bologna (2016), obtained his Ph.D. in the 33rd cycle of Structural and Environmental Health Monitoring, and Management (SEHM2) course with honors, DICAM, University of Bologna (2021), and served as a Postdoctoral research fellow (2021-2022). His research interest focuses on the analysis and design of locally resonant metamaterials to control the propagation of surface waves across different frequency ranges. Go to the Curriculum vitae
