Short Bio

She has been a professor at the University of Bologna since 2008, conducts his research in the linguistic and literary field of the arts, with particular attention to modern and contemporary times. The research interests are directed in particular to the changes in Persian language and literature from the nineteenth century to the present. She currently directs his research on the poetic production of the Persian twentieth century and presents the works of the most influential Authors of the period translating their texts into Italian. Engaged in editorial projects aimed at spreading knowledge of Iranian literary and cultural reality in Italy, she collaborates with the editorial staff of the Online Magazine of Indo-Mediterranean Studies and Meykhane Quaderni. She also advises Brioschi publisher of Milan and Teheran's Cultural Center Bookcity. Since 2015 she has been organizing the International Conference on Culture and Persian Literature at the Department of History Culture Civilization at the Bologna School of Arts and Letters. She is author of volumes, essays, and articles on Persian Modern Language and Literature. Go to the Curriculum vitae
