Researcher since 2010, he carries out his research on the analysis of transients in electrical power systems, in particular those due to lightning strikes.
He received the M.Sc. degree (with hons.) in electrical engineering in 2003 and the Ph.D. in electrical engineering in 2009. Habilitated as Associate Professor since 2017.
He is one of the authors of the LIOV-EMTP-RV code for the calculation of lightning-induced surges on overhead
IEEE senior member and member of the Technical Committee 81 of the CEI.
