Federico Tonini graduated from the University of Bologna, Italy, in Telecommunications Engineering in 2015. Now, he is currently pursuing his Doctoral Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, and Information Technology at Department of Electrical, Electronic and Information Engineering "Guglielmo Marconi" (DEI) of the University of Bologna, School of Engineering and Architecture.
During his PhD studies, he has spent a total of 7 months as visiting researcher at ONLab, KTH Royal Institute of Technology. During this time, he has developed models for joint deployment of radio and transport resources in mobile networks.
Since 2016, he has been working as tutor of the Network Design M course.
