Fabio is a Research Fellow at the University of Bologna since April 2023.
His research primarily involves empirical analysis of financial markets, where he studies aggregate economic phenomena related to growth, the environment, and funding liquidity.
Fabio earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bologna in 2024, after having attended prestigious academic institutions such as the London Business School, Bocconi University, the Vienna Graduate School of Finance, and the Copenhagen Business School.
