Federica Caboni

Federica Caboni has been an Assistant Professor at the University of Bologna since 2023. She holds a PhD in Economics and Business Management from the University of Cagliari and the Doctor Europaeus Label Award. She was a Visiting PhD Candidate at Stockholm University School of Business from 2011 to 2013 and Visiting researcher at Götheborg University School of Business, Center for retailing, from 2017 to 2022.
Before working at the University of Bologna, she worked as Assistant Professor at the University of Cagliari from 2020 to 2023. Previously, she was a research fellow at the University of Cagliari from 2016 to 2020.

Her research interests concern marketing, with particular reference to Retail digitalization and the use of technologies such as Augmented Reality and the development of new retail spaces such as the Metaverse.

Her research has been published in international journals such as the Journal of Retail & Distribution management, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics management, European Journal of Innovation Management, among others.
