My work is contextualised in the framework of the Novel Materials for Hydrogen Storage (NoMaH) project, which aims to find innovative solutions for green hydrogen production and storage.
The research group I work for is focused specifically on the synthesis of novel intermetallic alloys obtained through the compositional tailoring of high and low hydrogen affinity elements (earth-abundant, cheap, non-toxic) through the Arc Melting and Ball Milling techniques, coupled with thermodynamic, structural, morphological and compositional characterisation.
