Eugenio Faroni graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Parma in 2018. In 2019, he completed a rotating internship in internal medicine at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the University of Bologna, where he continued to collaborate as a research fellow in medical oncology. From January 2022 to December 2024, he undertook a residency program in oncology, achieving board certification by the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine – Companion Animals (Oncology) in March 2025. Since November 2023, he has been a PhD candidate at the University of Bologna. He is the author and co-author of peer-reviewed publications in international journals and book chapters on internal medicine and oncology of small animals. He has been an invited speaker at national and international congresses and courses. His clinical and research activities are carried out at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the University of Bologna.
