·          - company law, company incorporation, draft of corporate by-laws, consultancy with reference to shareholder's meetings and board of director's meetings as well as legal assistance with reference to the day-to-day management;

·          - commercial law, he assisted several corporate groups, both Italian and multinational, with regard to contractual aspects, commercial and industrial joint venture transactions, in Italy and internationally, also providing assistance by the drafting of legal opinion prior to the outlined commercial transactions;

·          - civil and corporate litigation, he worked in many kind of corporate realities, both Italian and multinational, assisting the companies in domestic and international proceedings and arbitrations as well as alternative dispute resolution procedures;

·          - insolvency and restructuring proceedings in particular with reference to sale and liquidation stage.
