PhD in Design and MSc in Industrial Design (Politecnico di Milano), since 2023 he is a Researcher at the Department of Architecture, University of Bologna, member of the Advanced Design Unit and Coordinator of the Observatory on Packaging Innovation. He has developed a twenty-year academic career between Italy and Latin America, teaching at Politecnico di Milano and at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile. His work focuses on communication design, particularly packaging and identity systems for brands and products. He investigates packaging as an informational infrastructure and strategic communication device for Made in Italy supply chains. He is Project Leader of the FuturE-Pack research project (MICS–PNRR). He is author and editor of several scientific publications.
