Emanuele Dolfi

PhD student at the University of Bologna since 2025, with research activities focused on sustainable development processes in the agri-food supply chain. His research path specifically addresses the role of artificial intelligence and digital innovation as catalysts for socio-economic progress in sustainable aquaculture, analyzing both opportunities and technological impacts along the production chain. He actively participate in national research projects and collaborations with institutional partners such as the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari, aiming to contribute to a responsible transformation of the agri-food sector.
