Emanuela Carbonara got a degree in Economics (cum laude) at the
University of Bologna. She then earned an M.Phil in Economics
and a D.Phil in Economics at the University of Oxford.
Currently she is Full Professor of Economic Policy at the department of Sociology and Business Law, University of Bologna, and teaches at the School of Economics and Management, Bologna campus. She is also Adjunct
Professor of International Economics at the Johns Hopkins
University, SAIS Europe since 2010 and an Editor of the International Review of Law and Economics. She has been a lecturer at the
University of Oxford. She has also been a visiting professor
at George Mason University (2005), at the University of Amsterdam
(2008) and University of Haifa (2011, 2012 and 2014). She has published
several articles in international journals.
